DIY Whirlpool kit back massage WS10
Special for the tense back've put together this d.i.y. kit.
The hydromassage nozzles are provided for the massage of the spine and shoulders.
The nozzles can be positioned freely and connect with the flexible hoses in the tub.
The water distributor can be, for example in the upper region of the trough fixed with 2-component adhesive.
The hose for the water is connected individually with 10 mm hose (blue) to the water connections of the back jets.
The water line (blue) has to be installed, that they can run dry when emptying the bath. The hose is fixed by clips.
The air (red) is paired with hoses to the air manifold and the air regulator, also secured with a clip.

To reach the air regulator better, it can be installed sideways too.

As soon as the hydromassage jets are installed, the water distributors can be connected with the tee of the water pump,
Glued with the 32mm hose from the kit.

The whirlpool pump is connected to the 50 mm tube and the suction side installed.
The 50 mm elbow (90 °) is added in the set, which simplifies the installation depending on the pan around the corner of the tub.

The pump is equipped with the built-in pneumatic pushbutton- to switch the pumpe on and off .
Note: Please make sure that there is enough water in the tub.
The bore diameter of the individual parts are:
Back jets: 25 mm
Suction: 50 mm
Air regulator: 27mm
Pneumatic pushbutton: 32 mm
To glue the parts together we recommend our PVC glue
